The Dura-Lite™ Tester-Kit™ is designed and manufactured to be used to pressure test charge air coolers safely and efficiently. The kit comes complete with everything required to pressure test most charge air coolers. With the Dura-Lite Tester-Kit, testing the charge air cooler will become as automatic as checking the oil and will give you confidence in knowing that an engine is performing at the required level

When replacing an old Plug Stem, new 2” [50.8mm] Washer (DTK041) and 3” [76.2mm] Washer (DTK040) with an Oval Center Slot will be required
Plug Stem Solid (Oval Center)
When replacing an old Plug Stem Solid, new 2” [50.8mm] Washer (DTK041) and 3” [76.2mm] Washer (DTK040) with an Oval Center Slot will be required

Male Connector (for use with Quick Coupler Item # DTK023)
When replacing an old Male Connector, new Quick Coupler (DTK023) will be required
When replacing an old Male Connector, consider upgrading to a new Gauge Assembly consisting of a Pressure Regulator (DTK049), Pressure Gauge (DTK021), Valve Stem With Plastic Cap (DTK024), Pressure Relief Valve (DTK025), and Quick Coupler (DTK023 - for use with Male Connector Item # DTK004)
Warranty
Dura-Lite’s Tester-Kit components are warranted against defects for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase.
